Black Glutinous Rice 紫米露

 

紫米是水稻中的一種，因碾出的米粒細長呈紫色，故名。紫米有皮紫內白非糯性和表裡皆紫糯性兩種。紫米飯清香油亮軟糯。紫米的營養價值和藥用價值都比較高，有補血、健脾、理中及治療神經衰弱等多種作用。由於紫米有種種優點而且產量不高，所以更顯得珍貴。
